  • Missing and/or Unknown Heirs - I have located parties domestically and internationally (Italy, France, Argentina & Germany) - Some Highlighted Cases:

    1. I located an adopted daughter. I was given the wrong name for the child. I was able to trace her through her mother who had re-married 3 times and was living in Florida and I was then able to speak with the daughter. Best result of the case was I was able to get the biological father’s medical history for the daughter who had unsuccessfully tried to get it in the past. She now had her family medical history.

    2.   I located a woman who a bank and New York attorney was unable to locate. She was living out of state in

TN. She had no phone number but I traced her through her neighbors to verify the address I had found for her.

    3. I was able to prove for a litigation case that although a woman had been using a man’s last name and had 3 children with him there was no marriage or divorce in the State of Connecticut or New York.

    4. I verified a man’s death and in doing so located a daughter he had that was living with his ex-wife that had remarried. No one in the family had told me he had a child so the family would inherit her share if I did not find her. It turned out she had lost her job and the $25,000 inheritance enabled her to start her own business sewing renaissance costumes for events.

    5. I located a woman in Germany whose paternal grandfather had died in the USA. The woman’s parents had a bitter divorce and the mother took her and her twin sister (who had died a few years prior to my

role in the case) back to her home country, Germany. The mother tried to avoid giving me her daughter’s correct phone number. I was able to speak with the daughter and provide her contact information for her paternal aunt who wished to have a relationship with the woman. The woman was so thrilled since she

had tried for years to find her father’s family.

    6. I traced a family from 1803 to present day for a real estate transaction that led to over 250 surviving people in 2018.

    7. I located a homeless man in Colorado and I was able to assist in getting his birth certificate so he could get identification and he was able to obtain benefits and get off the streets as well as receive his inheritance.

    8. A woman died with her fiancé in a car accident. She was living with his family for 5 years and they did not know anything about her. I found that she had previously been married and divorced. I found her mother and sister and they told me she had died 5 years prior in prison. The woman had a prior criminal record and she had been hiding from the police. I think she sent her family a letter from the prison so if anyone looked for her they were told she died. The woman had the same name, birth date, parents, schools, etc. as the mother’s daughter. I sent a photo of the woman to her sister and she confirmed the identity.

    9. I was asked to locate a son who was not of the decedent’s marriage. The decedent’s other son who was of his marriage found a letter that gave him the clue that his father had another son. I was able to locate that other son who was an heir since the father acknowledged paternity and paid child support. My location of that son also united the two half siblings.

    10. A man died 20 years ago and his estate had to be re-opened in 2014 to determine title to real estate. The decedent’s Will had 50 beneficiaries and 17 of those beneficiaries had passed away by 2014 and I had to locate their heirs (39 parties) including a person in Canada. The only information I had on any of the parties was a name and town where they lived.
